We only work with a few select companies in a given industry, allowing us to have a larger pool of companies to recruit candidates from. Recruiters who specialize are much more likely to have conflicts when it comes to recruiting out of certain companies.

As our clients develop and occasionally transition from one industry to other, they continue to use us as a valued resource for their talent acquisition needs. We may not be “experts” in their new industry, but have found that the results we have achieved with them in the past are duplicated. Some of the most recent industries we have made placements in as result of referrals from our relationships are: Automotive, Hi-Tech, Banking, Inks/Chemicals and Software. These are all industries in which we had very little previous experience.
