Professions Inc. International is part of the Top Echelon Network. Top Echelon is the nation's largest association of independent executive search firms. Founded in 1988, Top Echelon was created to help independent executive search firms have additional capabilities, whether domestic or international. Top Echelon currently has 1,200 recruiter members and is growing annually. The average executive recruiter tenure in 2007 was reported as 15 years in the industry. Top Echelon's members are seasoned, career professionals who have established relationships with most of the Fortune 500's.

Though we personally service every account with our individual firm's exceptional efforts, we also have the ability to widen the scope of our search and have 1,200 other recruiters assisting in capturing the select candidate for your position. Though the vast majority of our historic placements come from our own efforts, our partners within Top Echelon bolster our efforts and help us on occasion with speed, which is critical in today's competitive market place.

While our business model is not to represent candidates, we do come across “passive candidates” who are currently successful in their career and not actively looking. Many times we have very solid, quality candidates who review their career progression once being contacted by a Professions Inc. professional. Our network can offer them the opportunity to be notified of positions that come open within their industry and confidentially explore their options within a professional, experienced organization with the assistance of Top Echelon.
