With over 30 years of recruiting experience, Professions knows how to identify and attract high caliber talent living in your area. Though we're solely located in a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio we work on an international scope with the majority of our placements being outside our geographical location.
At Professions, we are known for our strong integrity and ethics. Virtually all of our new business comes from direct referrals. Many of our client relationships have been ongoing for more than twenty years!
Working primarily on a retained search basis, we take a proactive approach to locating the individuals we refer for consideration. We do not place ads on job boards or simply dig in our files to locate candidates. In fact, the candidates we refer often do not have a resume prepared simply because they are already successful and stable and are not actively on the job market. We determine their motivations, research their background and then present the details of your company and available position to them.

CPC - What it means for you
The Certified Personnel Consultant designation has been a symbol of professionalism and excellence in the recruiting industry and business community since 1961. As a program of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), it was created to ensure the provision of quality services by staffing industry professionals to the general public and to the clients utilizing their services.
To become certified an individual should first have experience in direct hire placements, is then tested on his knowledge of employment law and regulations, business situations, and standards of business practice. In addition, in order to maintain this designation the recipient must show proof of 50 hours of related continuing education every three years as well as uphold the NAPS' Standards of Ethical Practices.
What this means for you is the satisfaction of knowing that you are working with an experienced, knowledgeable, and ethical recruiter who is committed to the highest quality of service.
